The Majesty of all Beings
The Coronation Project is a call to re-examine how we may (or may not) consider the innate nobility of all creatures with whom we share this planet. In some of our favourite animal archetypes, we love and revere stories of kingly lions, protective mother bears and ever-loyal dogs. But beyond the mythologies and attitudes we have towards “some”, have we missed the mark in recognising that all animals are rightly masters of their own kingdoms, deserving to live in full dignity and agency?

The project is a collection of illustrated true stories where animals have been unjustly—sometimes cruelly treated by humans.
